The “Domaine de Monlou" at the foot of the Oppidum d’Ensérune, on the canal du Midi has been cultivating its wines for 8 generations. The wine cellar dating from 1872 has been entirely renovated to meet modern expectations.
Louis’ sons will be taking over the reins to make sure that the tradition lives on.
